International Exam Documentation

Please upload the following documents:

Copy of your valid medical license
Verification of completion of 40 CME AMA Category 1 credits in ultrasound obtained within the last 3 years (or full time fellowship)
Verification of performance and/or interpretation of at least 100 studies under supervision for each component to be tested (TCD and Carotid). Verification can be in the form of a short letter from the supervising physician.
