ASN Group Excursions - REGISTRATION CLOSED

In an effort to enhance your time spent in Sunny Puerto Rico, ASN will be offering four different group excursions to choose from on Friday afternoon.
Old San Juan Walking Tour
Duration: 4-hours
Excellent way to discover 500 years of enchanting history. We will begin the tour with a driver and a certified guide. Our first stop will be at San Cristobal Fortress; which in colonial times protected the island from enemy attacks. Then there will be a walkthrough of the impressive fortress along with a guide for approximately 30-45 minutes. From that point the walking narrated tour begins along with a professional & knowledgeable guide down the promontory of the Old City.

- San Cristobal Fortress
-San Jose Church
-Plaza del Quinto Centenario
-Plaza San José, Casa Blanca
-La Rogativa, La Fortaleza
-San Juan Gate
-The San Juan Cathedral – Fee of $4.00 per person
-Other fascinating monuments
El Yunque Rainforest Tour
Duration: 4-hours
Discover the exotic vegetation of El Yunque, the only Tropical Rainforest in the U. S. National Park System. It features over 240 species of plants and wildlife, waterfalls, streams and trails leading to enticing locations. The Rain Forest is a Nature Lover’s Paradise!
Tour Includes:
- Visit to El Portalito Welcome Center
-Stop at La Coca Fall and Yokahu Tower
-Low Impact Trail Walk through Angelito’s Trail
-Time to relax in the river
Golf Outing
Join fellow ASN colleagues and long-time ASN member Dr. Lawrence Wechsler on Friday for a golf outing! Bordered by El Yunque Rainforest’s scenic mountains, the Mameyes River, and the shimmering Atlantic Ocean, Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Puerto Rico Golf & Beach Resort is the only resort on the island to offer two championship golf courses. Their 18-hole courses are gorgeous, challenging, and absolutely perfect for a Caribbean golf outing! Tee times and foursomes will be confirmed two weeks prior to the conference. Tennis Tournament
