PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to upload ALL required documentation in a single pdf file during the registration process. Please be sure you have your documents ready. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS INCLUDE

• Copy of Certificate from an accredited ultrasound school or a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree (or equivalent) certificate/an active credential
• Copies of completed 15 CME or CEU educational credits in each TCD and Carotid Duplex ultrasound (or full-time fellowship).
  Note: TCD only candidates are only required to have 15 CME/CEU in TCD.
• Verification of performance of at least 100 supervised studies for the components to be tested (TCD and/or Carotid Duplex).
• Original letter of verification from the Educational Director, Medical Director, or Supervising Sonographer

ASN Neurovascular Specialist (NVS) Exam Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for the exam, and payments cannot be carried over to the next year if you do not take the exam in the year that you paid the exam fee.
