2024 Annual Meeting

The Marriott Grande Dunes | Myrtle Beach, SC

The ASN held their Annual Meeting at the Marriott Grande Dunes on January 12-14, 2024. The meeting targeted neuroimaging educational tracks for ultrasound and neurocritical care.  Topics covered included neurovascular ultrasound, imaging predictors of stroke recovery, imaging of the orbit, neuroimaging in brain death, and AI in neuroimaging of acute brain injury. Additionally, in-depth coverage of ultrasonography including topics for certification preparation were offered including a basic and advanced TCD hands-on workshops for learners at all stages.  

Awards were presented to the poster presenters during the Annual Meeting.  Congratulations to the following individuals: Oldendorf Award - Saniya Pervin, University of Kentucky, Lexington, USA; McKinney Award - Jawad Shahid, The Heartbeat Clinic, Mckinney, USA; Qureshi Award - Rakesh Shetty Rajalbandi, University of Missouri, Columbia, USA; Resident Award - Jorge Carrizosa, Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá, Bogota DC, Colombia.
