Joshua P. Klein is a neurologist who specializes in hospital neurology and diagnostic neuroimaging. He is the founding Chief of the Division of Hospital Neurology at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where he is also Clinical Service Director and Director of Performance Improvement for Neurology, and Chair of the Neurology Finance Committee. He is a frequent lecturer at national and international conferences and has published extensively. With Allan H. Ropper and Martin A. Samuels he co-authored the 10th Edition of the textbook “Adams and Victor's Principles of Neurology”, and is currently co-authoring the 11th Edition of the same title.

Dr. Klein is a past ASN Secretary and Executive Officer. He also received Fellowship of the American Society of Neuroimaging (FASN) recognition.
