ASN 2026 Annual Meeting has a group rate of $309.00 single/double run of house rates plus taxes and fees.

Guests can call the hotel in-house reservations at 787-888-6000 to make reservations or guarantee any desired room upgrades, the group block code to mention in the call is 01146800ASN.

As a gentle reminder, the cutoff date to make reservations is on December 26^th, 2025.

CHECK-IN I CHECK-OUT

Guest accommodation is available at 4:00 p.m. on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 a.m. on departure day. Any attendee wishing special consideration for early arrival should call the toll-free number, 800-474-6627.  Any attendee wishing special consideration for late check-out should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.  Group members staying in their rooms beyond the check-out time without hotel authorization will be charged for an additional night stay.
