Hotel Accommodations

Unfortunately, the resort hotel is sold out, and no additional rooms are available. If you are in need of hotel reservations, please visit www.hotels.com or https://www.airbnb.com/.

Hotel Welcome

Attendees who arrive at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort on Thursday, January 15 will be treated to Complimentary Welcome Drinks and Snacks from 2-6 p.m. across from the Front Desk Area.

Transportation From/To Airport

The Grand Rio Mar is approximately 30 minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport Puerto Rico. Transportation options include Taxis, Uber, Car Rental (Enterprise is on-site at the resort) or Group Services that can be contacted by email or by calling (787) 724-5494 or (787) 642-3373.

This is an ASN tradition you don't want to miss! During the ASN Annual Meeting, Neuroimaging Jeopardy is hosted by Clinical Neuroimaging. Get ready for an exciting, fast-paced trivia game where your knowledge of the brain, advanced imaging techniques, and cutting-edge science could win you amazing prizes!

Time: 4:45 - 5:30 p.m.

How it works:

  • Compete in a Jeopardy-style trivia game against fellow neuroimaging enthusiasts.
  • Categories will cover topics like Structural Neuroimaging and Neurosonology.
  • Questions will range from easy to expert-level - show off your neuroimaging expertise!
  • Prizes for the highest scores.
  • Who can participate? Anyone with a passion for brain science! No prior Jeopardy experience required - just bring your enthusiasm and love for learning!

DISCOVER PUERTO RICO

Traveling to Puerto Rico:
As Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory, U.S. citizens traveling from the U.S. mainland don't need a passport or visa but require a government-issued photo ID like a driver's license for domestic travel. 

Here's a more detailed breakdown: 

U.S. Citizens:

No Passport Required: You don't need a passport to travel from the U.S. mainland to Puerto Rico.

Government-Issued Photo ID: You will need a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or a state-issued photo ID, for boarding the plane.

Effective May 2025: U.S. travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights and access certain federal facilities. Check with your state authorities to ensure your ID is acceptable.

Please note: U.S. citizens are encouraged to travel with their passports as ICE is currently conducting outbound domestic flight screening and checking the immigration status of all passengers. 


Non-US Citizens:

Passport Required: If you are not a U.S. citizen, you will need a passport to enter Puerto Rico.

Visa Required: You may also need a visa depending on your nationality and the purpose of your visit.


Traveling to other Caribbean destinations from Puerto Rico

Passport Required: You will need to present your passport if you are traveling from Puerto Rico to another Caribbean destination.
